What will you do at SRINI?
- Design and develop web applications, APIs and integrations – from rapid AI prototypes to large-scale, long-term projects.
- Apply AI-driven development practices on real client projects.
- Use modern AI development tools such as Cursor, GitHub Copilot, Claude Code and Codex every day.
- Work closely with clients and experienced software architects, analysts and developers throughout the development process – from idea to delivery.
What we expect from you
- A strong software development background (Java, Python or another modern language).
- Experience building web applications, APIs and integrations.
- A practical understanding of how artificial intelligence makes software development more efficient – you have actually used AI solutions in practice.
- Excellent Estonian and English.

Salary range
Mid-level developer: €3,000–4,600; senior developer/architect: €4,700–6,200.
